Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped.
Once cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. In such cases, customers may request a return as per our Return & Exchange Policy after delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
